Apple App Store Compliance
If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and PixFun only—not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. PixFun, not Apple, is solely responsible for maintenance, support, and legal compliance regarding the app.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The effective date will always be noted at the top of this page.
Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA. You agree that any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the competent courts located in California.
